Return & Exchange Policy
All purchases made in-store and online are final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
If your pre-order item has not arrived within 8 weeks of the purchase date, please contact us via WhatsApp (+852 94168772) or Instagram DM. You may exchange the item for another product, receive store credit for future purchases, or request a refund only if we are unable to fulfill your pre-order.
If you receive a wrong item or discover a defective item (e.g., large-scale damage, stains, missing buttons)*, please contact us via WhatsApp (+852 9416 8772) or Instagram DM within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. If your return is accepted, we will send you shipping details (shipping cost will be covered by us) or arrange an in-store exchange. The returned item must be unused, unworn, with original tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Unsolicited returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Exchanges are limited to the same product, color, and size. Refunds are only issued if we cannot reship a replacement or correct item within 8 weeks of the initial purchase date.
*Non-defect include minor flaws such as loose threads, small dots (under 3mm in diameter/length), minor sizing discrepancies (under 3cm in width/length), unopened buttonholes, slight asymmetry in striped/knitwear, small gaps in inner stitching (under 7mm), minor glue residue on accessories, natural scars on genuine leather products, variations in embossing/dyeing depth, and wrinkles caused by shipping. These are considered normal and do not qualify for returns.
